@Bell hey Bell, we just got Fibe 500 which is great! What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?

@Bell Sucks. Tried transferring my service from freedom while online and they can’t do it. Need to go to store. @Aeroplan it’s not worth the points to transfer.

Hey @Bell if I pay all lines early, you remind me to pay my future bills daily. You make it sound like I owe you… “Let’s figure it out.” Bro, the next bill hasn’t even generated yet. What are we figuring out? You going to tell me how much the credit is on my account? If paid on exact date or later you never txt me… This does NOT make sense. You’re never being paid early again. Stop texting me. You’re prepaid *******. Say thank you, & **** off.

@AminSheivari @Bell_Support @Bell They use to use Canadian call centers and then they laid everyone off and outsourced their customer service to the Philippines. We cancelled bell because of how terrible their service is.
