@Bell Bell is garbage. I have fibre internet and it is slower and has worse connection issues than my 5 Mgb high speed.

I don't typically complain about interactions with telecoms because I expect them to be pretty awful. But, wow, trying to cancel a service with @Bell has been so unnecessarily frustrating I'm tempted to cancel all services out of principle.

sorry, no ipv6 here!

@weltraumagentur @detobate @Bell lemme guess, dsl? or did they stupidly deploy a legacy ip fiber optic network too 🙄

@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell Welcome to Canada’s core infrastructure networks: where nothing works, three telecos in a trench coat take billions in public money & are never held accountable, & not one single order of government will actually do anything about our *trillion dollar infrastructure deficit* 🙃

@Bell_Support No, I have unlimited data, reduced speed after the “allotment”. This is not reduced speed, this is terrible ping times, lost packets, sites hanging, apps broken, torture. A good tactic to get people to change their plan I suppose isn’t it?

Why when you call @bell all u get is the run around when u try to fix a problem

@Bell_Support I’m not requesting assistance, I’m not confused about my internet speed being lowered after my allotment. I am simply pointing out that this is not what is happening. Slow is acceptable, broken is not. I think that’s the goal and in my opinion - ***** business tactic

I’ve reached my max. Data allowed before the internet speed is reduced on my unlimited Bell Mobility account. Except, that’s false advertising. It doesn’t slow down the internet, it completely breaks it and is almost entirely unusable @Bell_Support 👎
