  Not often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.

  @Bell hey we are pissed at @Rogers and want to move all our business lines and internet to you but it is almost impossible to talk to sales agent. Have you shut down your SME division ?
