    @Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

    A big thank you to Alphonse at the @Bell executive offices for giving us a 50 GB increase in our phone data plan so we could use it as a hotspot until our @Bell_Aliant internet was repaired. With our internet down for 7 days, it got us through until the repair could be completed.

    @Bell_Support I have no internet in Hannon, ON. There were about 6 bell trucks here an hour ago saying they’d fix it but now they’ve left and still no service.
