@Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

@Bell Yeah I never going with bell ever again. Used to have two phone lines running to our house paying for both and all of a sudden one doesn't work Bell disconnected it and give it to our neighbor didn't inform us even though we were still paying for it.

So @Bell just silently canceled it even though I have no indication of such. I see Bell hasn’t changed much. Now I wait on @Bell_Support to try and find a new appointment. What a terrible first impression this is. Lost a day of work, now will need to lose another likely.
