Dave Whiteside (@dave__whiteside) reportedClosing down an account with @Bell. Spoke to three different reps to dot my i's and cross my t's, all three told me that the final cost to close would be $390 - the remaining cost of the phone. Today, got a bill of $800 and berated by a rep saying I was clearly wrong. Yikes.

They always have a golden solution, more money from ratepayers & taxpayers both.
