    @Bell_Support Hi, is there some kind of issue in the Main and Gerrard area (Toronto)...I cannot ot make or receive phone calls...they get dropped or go to a busy signal. It started some time around 8pm tonight.

    @Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how youโ€™re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.

    @Bell Upon further review, because this repair involves a buried service wire, it must be completed by a specialized technician I'm unable to reschedule it sooner than the currently scheduled appointment on August 11. This is in response to a July 12 outage. Seriously??

    Bell Internet down from June 26 and restored modem replaced. Now Wi-Fi pods have not worked, despite being replaced 3 times. spent 10โ€“15 hours phone with support and requested an in-home technician. @Bell_Support threatened with a $75 charge for a service visit #shame @Bell
