@Bell I'm a fibre customer & pay $175 a month which is much more than I was promised when I was sold this package & the upload speed is 25% slower now. I've tried to contact bell NUMEROUS times, department that can help me only calls out, I've never been able to get them to call.

@Bell_Support I have contacted bell multiple times about it. They say there’s no more they can do, unless of course I spend more money. I already have the second most expensive service.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell I had a similar issue when I first got fiber and it was actually condensation build up on the pole where the line comes to my house that was causing a disrupt. Have them climbed the pole ourside and checked the connection there?
