@Bell I’m beyond frustrated. How is it that a telecommunications company can’t transfer a call properly without hanging up on me. 9 attempts to get me through to accounts receivable to help with a bill. No wonder you are losing accounts daily. #imdone

@Bell My folks are in their 80's, disabled, and couldn't afford to pay their $600 long distance bill & service was cut. Bell left Wi-Fi service on but on a limited basis so that long distance calling on WhatsApp is not allowed. Someone thought this out. Shame.

@Bell_Support @EnergyKidd Wow that’s funny, you just sent me a DM saying the outage was fixed and I was the only one still facing this issue, yet there’s still a lot of people complaining that they have no internet.... You guys can’t even just tell us WHY there’s an outage or if you’re working on it??

@Bell_Support Your overseas cold-calling sales people are rude. I was cold called by "kevin" who thought I was using Rogers. I've been your customer for +20 years. As soon as he found that out he hung up without so much as a thank-you. Perhaps hire CANADIANS?
