@Bell I’m beyond frustrated. How is it that a telecommunications company can’t transfer a call properly without hanging up on me. 9 attempts to get me through to accounts receivable to help with a bill. No wonder you are losing accounts daily. #imdone

@Bell_Support This has been ongoing and always ends in the way. "Okay sir, everything is fixed where it won't happen again." It doesn't take long before the internet goes down again and it starts all over.. "Sorry to hear that sir, let's start by unplugging and plugging back in your modem"

When @Bell technicians go to your neighbour's house and completely take out the TV and cable for our house and deny any wrong doing meanwhile everything was working fine before they touched the cables. Still no TV or internet and was told to call customer service who were no help

I moved to Belleville 2019, I had #fibetv @bell, recently I moved to the country. I had to switched to satellite internet, where it took 3 weeks to get the installed & at least 2-3 times a week the internet goes down @Bell_Support. I might need to find better internet provider

@Bell just had my tenth modem swap over the last three years of being with @bell due to constant internet problems. This last one lasted about 1-1/2 hrs before quitting again. No bell tech has an answer. Going for #11 modem today. Wish me luck

@Bell_Support That’s the answer? Just keep resetting my modem until the service I pay a lot of money for is back up and running. Is there somewhere online that bell posts their outages, when they are expected to be operational again, and confirmation they are back up and running?

When we called customer service they said that they would send out a technician tomorrow to fix the problem even though it was them who created the issue @Bell how does this make sense? Where's the customer service you rave about?
