@Bell I’m beyond frustrated. How is it that a telecommunications company can’t transfer a call properly without hanging up on me. 9 attempts to get me through to accounts receivable to help with a bill. No wonder you are losing accounts daily. #imdone

Pro tip: if you’re speaking with @bell and the agent is a jerk, hang up and call back. Issue fixed within 30 seconds by someone who actually valued their job

@Bell_Support @Bell you have the worst customer service.

Time to "reboot" the @BellAliant #hub3000 "again". Paying for the "best" bundle, getting constant buffering and zero support(multiple cases over the months). The speeds I'm paying for I shouldn't be having issues trying to watch #DisneyPlus show with the kids. @Bell_Support

@Bell @Bell_Support I really hope you reevaluate what you set as customer service standards. This is not the Bell I happily worked for. You are losing a potential consumer or small business client, along with several others I have referred most being small business accounts.

Incredible that @Bell rather see me go as a customer than treating me as they treat new customers. Time to move on and look for a company that really wants my business. #Bell has #badcustomerservice and it isn’t #loyal

Gisele Roberts (@GiseleRoberts1) reported
@Bell_Support I’ve messaged you many times, have had dozens of service calls but have been advised that you won’t help me until you replace a pole in the spring. This is unacceptable.

@Bell_Support bell Fibe your service is unbelievably terrible. You are charging $25 to watch Tenet and then throughout the entire movie service cuts out every five minutes. BRUTAL viewing experience 👎👎👎👎

@Bell_Support In Ottawa, Ch 1202 on Fibe TV should be CTV Ottawa. Currently, you’re broadcasting CTV Barrie instead! I don’t watch much TV anymore, but I want my local news! Please fix that.
