Peter Goold (@agentpeterg) reportedDear @Bell_Support I am quite sure I should not have spent the last 20 minutes explaining to you customer service rep that assigning a 519 area code to my new mobile phone is problematic when I live in 613....and by the way I’m still on hold
-
Kevin Michael (@Kevinmichaelt) reportedSo I have no internet at home... because @Bell_Support apparently changed the line over to one that’s not even compatible with my modem... Im not even a Bell customer. Im with @TekSavvyCSR, who have no idea why Bell would change the line. This is wonderful.
-
Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reportedI was trained @Bell to challenge the status quo & I did as an agent I suggested given the magnitude of the mistakes by Bell there should be a department that fixes these errors. Then I realized that's not what they meant by status quo it was just a formality that bell look good
-
Heather Maidens (@hcammck) reported@RichardBillings @Bell @Bell_Support We had issues for a year with them trying to change names on our call display. After months finally kicked them to the door.

-
Peter Goold (@agentpeterg) reportedThe resolution now offered is that the the cancel the contract due to buyers remorse. Instead of addressing the problem or having @Bell_Support deal with it in the morning....they are willing to lose a customer that has been them since ‘92. @BellMobility
