    Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

    Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad Iโ€™ve canceled

    Well were we ever wrong going back to @Bell They said they wouldnโ€™t charge installation. Forgot to mention itโ€™s self install internet!! We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

    @Bell @Bell_Support It's sad when you sign up to start a service and the technician comes to install my internet but can't. Claims he needs to access the neighbors yard and says the gate is locked but it isn't. Wasted my time, I guess I'll send the equipment back. #failure

    @Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.
