My World Through A Windshield 🇨🇦 (@myworldtaw) reported from Cavan, OntarioHoly ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

Brenda Jeffs (@BrendaJeffs) reported from Clarington, OntarioAgainst my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

EJ (@EJ39206913) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all the same. Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.

This shouldn’t be this hard. @Bell
