@CousineauAlbert @Bell_Support Bell has to " CLEAN HOUSE " and get rid all these mangers that don't follow through. We are having the same problem when we switched our TV,cell, and land line to them . Can't trust them at all. We have spent hours trying to sort things out with them in billing.

@Bell Bell is trash. Consider this a customer gone notice. Tired of having to call every month to straighten out a problem the person on the other end of the line has no clue how to fix. And how many different departments do u need? Pure garbage and u don't give a s#%t.

@Bell This is not true. any rain or storm. If your neighbour had bell expect interfering and signal loss. and it’s 150$ and the pods suck and turn off by them self. should have stuck with cogeco.

  • raymondedwards no thanks (@raymondedwards) reported

@Bell_Support my Fibe internet has been out for nearly 24 hours, I received one text yesterday that it was a known outage, but when I check Bell’s website no outage is reported for my area. Why isn’t Bell keeping its outage website up to date?

@Bell So tired of slow internet, a bunch of people in very close proximity in in my neighbour hood have access to your fastest fibre plans but still no access at my address.

@Brazenblood @Bell Wired to the modem? Wireless does suck pony ****.

  • GillisSusan SusanGillis🇨🇦 (@GillisSusan) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks I will do that. I really wish there would be a solution. There’s too many customers on your rural servers (that’s well established) and instability and drop of service happen daily.
