We've had a @Bell rep at our front door EVERY afternoon this week in #Guelph. Um, I didn't want your service (or your flyer) any other day this week. Please stop disturbing my workday.

@Bell_Support today is 4th visit in 36 hrs to Queen/Lee store for new phone: Staff stressed out/pushy/curt, chaotic process w scant explanation, and laughs from behind the partition. Referring to me as “boss” against my wishes to be addressed w my real name. #rude #bellcanada

@Bell You do this by extorting your customers. I had a complaint filed due to unexpected costs upon installation as your rep didn't tell me I needed boxes for all rooms or wi pods, all a complete surprise. An no rep has reached out to resolve this issue.

@Bell_Support 905 466 7523 is the number, I filed a complaint about surprise costs and should have received a call from a rep by now. What's going on? Is that matter considered resolved? Not that it really matters now, you blew it. Kind of pathetic nobody called. So what's the status of that?

@Bell_Support my internet goes down approximately 4-6 times per day lately. I live quite literally in the middle of downtown Toronto… is there a reason for this or just the standard crappy bell service
