    @Bell Oh, I called your customer serv. a few times, & the rep said he agreed the cell signal is weak in DT & my 🏠 area (Rossland and Audley in Ajax). He said that engineers are wrking 2 improve the signal, but he doesn’t knw when it will get better. It may take years. @cbcmarketplace

    @Reil76 @Bell We just had an issue with Bell. Lost service during a storm. Called, told us we needed a new router. Went to the store. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

    hello folks, @Bell_Support - i got a gift card (prepaid visa) last year when i signed up for the internet service - however, i was unable to redeem it and i only realized recently that i didn't reach out to you guys - please let me know what can be done about this, thank you!! :)

    @Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
