@FAN590 while I am glad @MapleLeafs won last night, was disappointed that I had to resort to an off shore stream to watch it. #blackout #sucks @Bell

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

  • ve3jqr Jeffrey Richards (@ve3jqr) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

Anybody else getting limited cell data and signal on @Bell @Bell_Support ??????

  • dhoefkens67 Drew Hoefkens (@dhoefkens67) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell You. Are. The. Worst. Service. Provider. Ever.

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

  • YourLancer Lance Loranger (@YourLancer) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell_Support where can we see a map of an outage

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

Imagine being in a pandemic and you are having an emergency and can’t call using your cellphone cause @Rogers and @Bell_Support are unreliable... This is why we need more companies. Too much power for horrible service #DoBetter #pandemic #plandemic

  • KATHARINEMURPHY KATHARINE MURPHY (@KATHARINEMURPHY) reported

@RogersHelps 12 hours later and still no service... this is why I'll be switching to @bell

  • zeehamid4 Zeeshan Hamid (@zeehamid4) reported

A few attempts of this later, Quebec finally decided they would fix it in the next 4-6 weeks. What? You incorrectly billed me ~$500 and you want to hold on to it for another 4-6 weeks? I paid penalty to cancel @Rogers, went with @Bell and never looked back.

  • courtlalonde Court Lalonde (@courtlalonde) reported

Hey @Bell, do you know want a @Rogers customer? Lost a half days work already and willing to switch

  • SsaarraahhBeee Sarah Bee (@SsaarraahhBeee) reported

@LeafsLoyalty @Bell_Support And then Bell service went down. Karma...

  • Chefsuman Suman Roy (@Chefsuman) reported

Now we know who is a @Rogers customer and who is a @Bell customer

  • BreakingTheHa14 BreakingTheHabit (@BreakingTheHa14) reported

@Bell_Support I'm unable to connect to Bell customers either. So is Bell down as well?

  • rgill0103 Mr. G (@rgill0103) reported

@Bell @Rogers Since your services were down what kind of credit will you be applying to customer accounts? Considering you’re all very quick to charge us for overage charges it would be nice to see something given back to the people that support your businesses.

  • shruti_shekar Shruti Shekar (@shruti_shekar) reported

No significant issues on any of our networks though customers are having issues trying to connect with Rogers wireless numbers today. @bell

  • SsaarraahhBeee Sarah Bee (@SsaarraahhBeee) reported

@Bell_Support Bell internet not working in Ottawa...details please??
