    Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

    @Bell ordered my internet service on 12/21. Installation was scheduled 12/27. Technician came in and said there is some issue with conduit and some contractor needs to fix. The date given is 1/28. Now without internet and no resolution so far. Worst service ever!!

    I was assaulted & bullied by management @Bell & shamed for being sick, told to "Snap out of it". Abuse never stopped in 10 yrs just changed forms to Disability Management & HR @Bell to Lawyers trying to break me in litigation. Now being sued by abuser #MeToo

    @RogersHelps doesn't want too answer me to help me get a router replacement until the 4th atleast when my kids start school on the 5th. @Bell can you get me up & running before this? I have 4 cells & ignite unlimited internet so I'm a great client. Been with rogers 20yrs
