    @Reil76 @Bell None of them care. Rogers billing issue but I can't get a human. On hold forever then call gets cut off because they have higher than normal call volume. I'll just not pay and I guarantee someone will call me.

    It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

    @Bell_Support I am very upset. 2nd time in 4 days, no home phone. I‘ve reported it. Said repair will be here tomorrow. My husband is dialysis dependent. In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. 😡

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

    @Reil76 @Bell Had issues at the cottage with the receiver. Called support 4 times!! Finally asked to have someone go out. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.

    As a long-time customer with @Bell, let me tell you the. You are on life support with me right now! Because I moved to Ontario, you can’t get me hooked up with TV or internet??!! In over a month?? 😡

    @Reil76 @Bell We're still waiting to hear from @Bell regarding our fibre internet installation. We only finally got a line strung parallel to our old one about a month ago, but no new modem and still running off the old DSL crap. Topnotch service. 👍

    @Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? We’ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.
