    Hey @Bell / @Bell_Support, is there a problem in the Woodstock, Ontario area with FibeTV? My folks seem to be having issues and no amount of restarts of the home Hub or Receivers seem to make a difference. Unable To Load The Guide (1014).

    @Bell What is going on with your customer service? We just signed up for Bell again. Now either when calling or trying to live chat with someone for support, its a 40 min wait. How about hiring some more staff. Ridiculous.

Yes, I still need assistance, as I have not received any confirmation email that my service has been cancelled, despite specifically requesting cancellation confirmation during each of my conversations with five different #Bell representatives!

    @Bell Would love to but home phone has been down for almost a week. @Bell @Bell_Support keeps lying, saying it will be fixed and it never isโ€ฆ. Itโ€™s supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - guessing another lie because I asked a tech in the area and he said next week at the earliest.

    @Bell Worst network I have ever seen You will see 5G+ on phone and service is WORST THEN GPRS I donโ€™t know why government is not taking action these providers In residential area they are not able to provide service
