@Bell_Support NFL redzone says “no programming” and I’m on the app, don’t send another generic “reset your device” tweet, it’s clearly a system issue on your part. FIX IT!

  • IzzardFrances FranIzzard (@IzzardFrances) reported

@Bell @BellAliant $170.00 a month for 7 mbps because an agent made errors. I don't think so. 🤬 Do NOT advise me to call Loyalty-already did and they're as useless as t!ts on a bull. This is going to the CRTC #rurallivesmatter#Where'sOurCellTower

@ChispaSpeaks_YT @Bell This is why I'm not with them anymore. They're not worth it. I have super cheap internet and it pretty much never cuts out.

@Bell_Support No service on my land line on the Rigaud mountain

@Bell_Support What is this account? Is it a support account or simply a PR account? The problem is clearly on you end. Contact your tech team and fix it.

  • Frank028 Frank (@Frank028) reported

@corygraff @Bell_Support I don’t know who is working this twitter account, but it really should be a tech person. The response above is making Bell look like a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing. There is a lot of intelligent staff, I highly recommend Bell reviews who’s working the support acct
