    @theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support I was no longer a customer, there was nothing he could do. I asked him what he could do for me if I returned. He offered me 3 free months. I will never use Bell again for those reasons.

    @Bell_Support Bell’s new security provider API is awful. On hold now for 47 minutes while waiting to cancel my service. Apparently my time is not appreciated.

    @Bell_Support, My internet has been out since Friday 3 p.m. Called Tech Support several times. Exchanged modem, and tech repair appointment set up on Friday afternoon. Friday evening tech repair was cancelled by text indicating area outage. It's Sunday. No area outage reported.
