@Bell_Support 2/ treat customers. He bullied a senior in order to keep his call time down and meet his metrics. I get that you're a social media person and not a manger, but pass this conversation up the chain. We're currently working on converting a 4th household to your competitor.

@Bell NEVER sign a contract with Bell. Safer signing one with the devil.

@JohnHaleCrimLaw @Bell @TELUS They really are cut off as very few people have landlines anymore. It is very damaging to leave human beings without a support system.

Sigh Canadian Internet is absolutely the worst... @Bell @Bell_Support Have had no internet to stream/play for 2 weeks because apparently their case managers can only "email" their engineers to fix the line outside of my house. They can give no ETA. Do they NOT HAVE PHONES IN 2022

Bell Mobility jacked my bill by 20 bucks a month and no longer has agents available on the weekend. Nice! More money for less service. @bell

@Bell Would be nice if Bell invested in fiber optic in rural areas. We can't even get the LTE service (Internet signal from a tower) or a reliable cell signal for phone calls 1 hr East of Toronto in Northumberland County.

@plkatv @Bell @Bell_Support large isp’s are the ******* worst. especially when their support just gives you the work around hoping you give up. Soooo so infuriating

My older parents receivers (all THREE) quit working with the remotes. Tech support made them reboot and when it didn't fix them bullied them into being charged $30 for a new remote, which will be snail mailed to them. @Bell "support" refused to send a tech out. I'm so angry!

@Bell I switched from Rogers to Bell three days ago in hope of better service. Surprise, I am not even getting the basic incoming calls and texts. Who is going to pay for the loss of interview calls I was expecting? Disappointed
