    @Rogers isn’t the best, of course, but at least there are conversational agents in Canada who can generally help with issues beyond explaining how call waiting works. @bell scripted and untrained agents at the overseas BPO offer little assistance to customers.

    @Bell No top marks for @Bell for the unscrupulous way you treat valued …loyal employees like @LisaLaFlamme_ …it’s because of her that CTV showed a nearly $3. Million dollar profit this year …I’ve cancelled all my bell services 😡🤬😡

    Hey @Bell all should avoid you for business. Trying to resolve an issue since June 28, was told Supervisor would call today after 3 case mgrs never followed up. No call so I rang. After 15 minutes at 5:58 am told they close at 6 so wait until tomorrow. #fail #customerexperience

    Been on and off the phone with @RogersBiz for over 2 hours for them to treat me like I haven’t been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. They are literally asking me to move to @Bell_Support at this point.

    After @rogers went down last month, @Bell @Bell_Support internal systems are down. The network is operational but everything else inside #Bell #Mobility is down.
