  @Bell_Support Phone service hasn't worked properly for a week, I can't make outgoing phone calls, and the online chat customer service rep told me I have to phone for tech help. Amazing. I have no other phones because Bell makes having a landline too expensive, and no one here to borrow from.

I wonder if it’s that or a problem with my system (I have rebooted modem/router but lights are still flashing and no internet).   @Bell_Support My internet could not be installed on September 16th and they were supposed to send a contractor to fix it on September 23rd… No one came or called, I have no info regarding my internet installation and have been 2 weeks without internet.. I need this fixed ASAP
