@Bell Its quite embarrassing and SHAME to raise $5 on internet service, even we don't have jobs, and suffering with pandemic, but BELL don't even care about customer's PAIN, only GREED for making more money, even their business is booming and making hell of money. SHAME ON THEM

Warning to anyone considering using @Bell. I switched cell phone companies last year, when, after years as a long time customer, they wouldn't price match what Shaw offered. They had me sign up for e-bills while I was a customer. Big mistake...

  • SonicSnafu Sonic Snafu (Stephen Bryce) (@SonicSnafu) reported

Never EVER ask a question of @bell customer service. Not only did they know NOTHING about how to set up my new iPad, I got tricked into going an hour out of my way for a new one when in reality I could have just brought my old one to the store and had it unlocked. ******* idiots.

  • CaptainRedAB Captain Red (@CaptainRedAB) reported

@UchihaBarnz0 @Bell My Bell internet is 1500 Mbps. That's 500Mbps MORE than my network adapter in my computer can handle at max speed. The network adapter is 1Gbps max. Bell internet is 1.5 Gbps. I can download all 423 games approx 3TB data in 4 hours.

@Ougrew12 Considering it but don't really want to spend the money for short-term fix. My contract is up and this will be a hardware update locking me into another 2 year contract but with a much better plan than my current one (with promises of a tablet and ear bugs). Switch to @Bell 🤔?

  • guinnesschien Life's Ruff (@guinnesschien) reported

@Bell_Support @CRTCHearings just had my regular 8am robo call from CRA/VISA/amazon. So tired of these. No longer answer my land line. So why pay $70/month to Bell for service I don’t use? Decided time to cut the landline. No robo calls on my cell. Strange?

  • mdomjancic22 Mike D (@mdomjancic22) reported

@Bell @DavidPollock58 I am having the same issue

  • MathieuMadore Mathieu Madore (@MathieuMadore) reported

I swear that the only prerequisite for being a customer service agent is to be able to read a script and never go off the page. Imagine going into work everyday knowing full well you’re an idiot? @Bell, talking about you bud

  • CoalitionCanad1 🇨🇦Canuck🇨🇦 (@CoalitionCanad1) reported

…send a tech. @Bell_Support Miles tells me that there is no indication that there is no service interruption on their end so they will not send a Tech. I have come to the end of my angry conversation with Techs over and over again….

Dear @Bell I would like to tell how much I hate your so called Ultra high speed internet service. It friggin sucks. Just a few kms from me you hooked up at drug treatment centre with Fibre Optic network, but for some reason fly out don’t feel that you need to provide that
