    @locne555 @Bell Oof. So sorry to hear Loc. Hope they do something to keep you as a customer. If not, there are smaller companies like Cogeco and Primus, Virgin Mobile that may be better be bets for internet going forward.

    @CRTCeng @Bell Bell’s internal communication is atrocious, the agents can’t follow notes written on customer accounts. For a telecommunications company their communication skills rated 1-10 is -1 a failure to the public! Disgusted with Bell. 😡😡😡

    @Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

    @Bell officially has the worst customer service. Spoke to 8 different people. None can resolve my issues. Lemon internet modem✅Poor customer service✅Can’t resolve concerns. Someone needs to take ownership of my issues.
