    @Bell why is it everytime I get a skiff of snow or a cloud in the sky I lose signal? It's ridiculous for the amount of money we pay for your services! Think I'll find my way back to @ShawDirect never had an issue loosing signal even through intense snow storms, better $$ too

    @Bell Gotta be the worst customer service ever. Ordered a new phone on Nov 30th. Bell promised it would be here in 5 business days. Called last week and they said they had expedited it to expect it 19th. Called today has not been shipped and wont let me get a phone at aBell Store

    @Bell_Support it’s a great way to get back at your customer for cancelling a service, you decide to take all their services offline Coincidence I cancel my service and its disconnection time is this morning and then all other services have a “technical” issue and a tech must fix
