@CTVNews Anyone else other than a lot of people in Ottawa in Orleans have no @Bell services with the outage?

  • TGorias TomGorias (@TGorias) reported

@smaierpt @Bell_Support Crazy, same thing here in Montreal, never happened before. CNBC even put some NSFW content when I switched there earlier. Makes no sense its blocked when we have access to NBC anyway. I even questioned myself whether there was a US holiday I never heard of!! Guess Bloomberg it is

  • ChRiS86F Chris FC (@ChRiS86F) reported

@Bell_Support Spent more than 1 hour on the phone with countless respresentstives in Manila, repeated info 8 times to open a new internet account. Result…mission failed. Never would’ve thought it would be mission impossible to become a bell client. Cancel Now!

  • Drexl_666 Jason D (@Drexl_666) reported

@Bell 1)Been without home phone service since Friday. Called multiple times Friday, explained the situation multiple times Friday. Was told a tech would come Saturday. Tech never showed. Spoke with a Rep today(mon) apparently there's nothing in the file about a tech on Saturday.

  • ChewiesPop Michael Elliott (@ChewiesPop) reported

@Bell_Support My work email and phone crash several times a day. The technician is here weekly to try to solve the problem. I’m getting to know him better than my wife. Today even the help line didn’t work. What is going on? #bell #bellservice #bellproblems

  • ChRiS86F Chris FC (@ChRiS86F) reported

@Bell_Support so I guess it was an outage and it's for 3 days ... called was transfered 4 times and the last transfer was the first department I spoke with who told me they can't help ... love your services but this is bad form.

  • jasonjonz Yukon Jones (@jasonjonz) reported from Greater Napanee, Ontario

Seven calls from The Legal Department Of Service Canada today. @Bell, you gotta make this stop.

@Bell_Support I pay $100 per month for internet speed of up to 5mbps. The fastest internet I have attained is 2.3mbps. Take some of the $100 million that was spent on advertising last year to improve service to keep your existing customers.
