Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • octo23 Octo23 (@octo23) reported

@Bell I reluctantly welcomed Bell's services back into my home the other day. It was less than 4 hours before I decided to cancel and move to @Rogers when they bring FTTH. It's been 20 years since IPv6 was introduced, will it be another 20 before Bell supports it?

  • gdholtby Geoff (@gdholtby) reported

@Bell Hey @Bell, do you actually have an advertising program that allows companies to have random calls to out-of-service numbers re-directed to them? That seems messed up.

  • gent_cheryle Cheryle Gent (@gent_cheryle) reported

@loribolender @Bell_Support @Bell We didn’t even get to see that. Even though Bell Customer Support tweeted that the issue was resolved we continued to get the black out error message for the rest of the game. Got the same message for the Buffalo game.

  • annegolden18 anne golden (@annegolden18) reported

@Bell spent two days (8 hrs) trying to get technician to fix broken bell modem. First you refused to send technician then refused to allow him to install upgraded box. Technician great. Deplorable protocols. Am I alone?

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

Wish I never went with @Rogers @RogersHelps. I’m a student on student aid, and turns out Rogers bills in advance and I wasn’t notified. Now I have a bill of $312, which is a LOT of money for a student. Should have went with @Bell.

  • SalmanJAhmad Salman (@SalmanJAhmad) reported

@Bell_Support we lost internet around noon today. Any idea when the outage will end? Postal code is M8W2E4. There are no additional updates on the outage page since 12:50pm.

  • MissBSL Karen (@MissBSL) reported

@Bell_Support I know you’re response will be “send us your current device in order for us to send you the new one” I’ve contacted everyone and no one will help me. Why would you be any different?

  • TheAwesome_KP Keval Prajapati (@TheAwesome_KP) reported

Yo @Bell why ******** are you randomly charging me $30... Wtf

  • siju_moothedath Siju Moothedath (@siju_moothedath) reported

@Bell It’s almost 48 hours and the Ticket number - 519556 is yet to resolve. Please help

  • sonoftheipswich Caleb Ipswich (@sonoftheipswich) reported

So dear Canadian colleagues and friends, if you are planning to switch networks, avoid @Bell. Never ever experience what I just had with this company.
