When I’ve needed to call @AppleSupport I’m given a choice of genre of hold music I would prefer. I then get a playlist of songs to listen to while I wait. I’ve now been on hold with @Bell for 40 minutes and all I’ve heard is the same terrible song, over and over again. 🤬

  • MAllinotte Michele Allinotte (@MAllinotte) reported

@Bell_Support One of your team members just told me that it is normal to have no service at a business line for up to 24 hours after getting a new Bell Total Connect line installed. That is ... not right.

  • AncientActivist BrendaJThompson (@AncientActivist) reported

@Bell 4:30 no technician showing up. My 80 year old mother has been sitting in an empty apartment since 8 am in Bridgetown NS waiting for your technician to show up to hook up your over priced service. This is how you treat life long customers?? This is how you treat seniors??

  • JennCallum Jenn Callum (@JennCallum) reported

@robertquickert @Bell_Support Thanks Robert - I am watching the outage sites but the question remains: why isn’t BELL providing updates? Why must we rely on third party services? Very shoddy CS indeed.

  • AncientActivist BrendaJThompson (@AncientActivist) reported

Ok @Bell it is now 3:30 and your technician STILL has not come. My 80 year old mother is STILL waiting. You guys make @eastlink look customer service friendly.

@Bell I have had bell internet for months and I love it! I also got the iPhone 13 pro max and love the phone and the best 5g network in Canada. Yes they are expensive but as long as you pay your monthly bill you will be fine, nothing is free.

@VapourRose @Bell_Support If I can give you one piece of advise out here in Oshawa….go to Rogers. We started with bell for a year and it was a nightmare. Now with Rogers and absolutely no issues

@kenmcall @Bell Resolution to this saga?

  • JennCallum Jenn Callum (@JennCallum) reported

@Sass_O_Matic @antoniodimechio @Bell_Support Internet has been down for hours, and Bell is not posting any updates for it. Come on, Bell. Get your act together.
