    Absolute banter by @Bell_Support simply not providing any update whatsoever regarding the 24+ hr internet outage in downtown Toronto! Like a simple status update every so often would be nice. They just ask everyone to DM them & ‘reset router’ over & over to check. We’re working!

    @Bell @virginplus y’all need to do the bare minimum and put up a banner bout this outage and communicate status with us. Your reps don’t know wtf going on and ppl work from home

    @Bell I have called 3 times ur customer service and 3 times I have got different prices for just home internet. Bell work on ur customer service.

    @Bell_Support Wouldn’t you just write “the outage has been cleared please reset the equipment?” You must be aware of whether it’s still an issue or not. If it’s not, then say it in the tweets, it is then don’t tell us to reset out equipment. Seems simple.
