@Bell_Support Not in outage area. Vmedia escalated my internet issue to bell. Bell called me and I was put on hold by the automated machine over 40 mins ago. No hold music. Have I been disconnected? I don't have a ticket number or anything to call back with because my issue got escalated.

@Bell_Support you’re service is god awful. I’ve had no internet for 3 days and I work for home Just got off the phone with youre tech support so useless. I had a tech come fix our lines was too lazy to do the job so he left because he had no “access to the building” absolute joke

@Bell_Support has got to be one of the worst companies!. Been on phone with them since Thursday trying to get an appointment. They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng
