    @Bell_Support Yes..I was decent and your staff was rude. I have requested phone unlocking from My Bell portal and I got a confirmation that it will be resolved with 24 hrs but when I requested updates he said that request may take more time and no define timelines..even weeks!!

It hurt me to see honest customers being taking advantage of it and every time I tried doing something as they said we should like above & beyond I got taken off call.     @DPocroianu @Bell_Support Sounds like what happened here -- a few tried to resolve and refund (not credit) me the overcharges and I never heard rom them again. Hence, the 18 months of this dragging on ...

    @JaneMoneypenny @KTinnovate @Bell_Support One customer sued them & ask for damages for the stress they caused you. The execs make it look so complicated when is really simple but they fight every penny for refunds although its Bells fault. As an employee I fought hard on customers behalf & got in trouble for refunds
