Captain Red (@CaptainRedAB) reported@SamanthaLWilson @Bell Don't suck here. Getting 984Mbps down and 923Mbps up perfect. That's with 32 devices connected in house. You must be using Wi-Fi rather than a wired connection, and or not on Fibre. Wi-Fi only good if hear modem. Degrades if walls, floor, items blocking. Wired is guaranteed.

Carrie (@carrieshbo) reported@Bell @Bell_Support You still have an outage in Markham. You called everyone to say it was resolved. It’s not… have someone look into it again. Making us all call individually to go through the reset steps is frustrating because it’s not us it’s your issue

Fred (@__Notion__) reported@Bell @TorontoUltra Instead can I win better service?
-
TheGrayMattersReport (@graymattersrep) reported@Bell and @Bell_Support proving once again today they are the worst-run company anywhere - on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to deal with an issue that shouldn't have come up in the first place. ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 8 MINUTES JUST TO GET TO A CUSTOMER REP!

Boycott Evil Amazon-Find Alternatives-Follow me 😀 (@AvoidAmazon) reported@Bell_Support @kr_ysz This is your way to help people Bell? “Go fix it yourself”? Horrible. I recommend switching providers.
-
Mike (@mfphotograph) reported@SamanthaLWilson @Bell I’ve had a pretty good experience with them. I have 1.5Gbps fibe, and usually get within 10% of the full bandwidth (1.2-1.5 down, ~1 up). I’ve even downloaded full RNAseq FASTQ datasets without much difficulty. Seems to vary WILDLY across areas of the city, though

SBHINCLUSION (@sbhinclusion) reported@JenniferKastein @Bell @Bell and the follow up chat had them tell me to order online. I have phoned, did online and chatted- no receiver- been customer for years...I guess they want me to shop elsewhere.
