@Bell you charged me $121 in roaming last month: $45 for a 20-minute local call while in the US, plus $75 for five days of data. If I was with @ATT, I would have paid $0. Please explain why I should remain a customer.

@Bell_Support we’ve been without service for 2 days now and although the outage was repaired two days ago the neighbour & I still have no service and are still waiting for the “we’ll call you back in 2 hours” call - that was 24 hours ago. You gonna cover my data overage?
