Lmao nothing like waiting on hold with @Bell for close to an hour only for them to tell you the offer they told you you can get in an up grade can't happen and then hang up on you. Guess I'll hang up on my service and look elsewhere. Refuse to pay my existing bill too.

@Bell_Support Horrible Customer Service!I changed my service provider to Bell thinking they will provide good service n am Waiting from last four hours for technician to come setup the wifi n nobody showed up!!This is how they promised to provide d wifi services by not showing up

@tysmo @Bell_Support Bell support directly said it was for "energy saving" purposes, their words (doesn't mean it's true). Interestingly, to switch to their business Fibe service, it costs slightly less on a 1:1 for what I have now. Bell said it wouldn't make a difference re: "press select", though.
