@Bell_Support , my rates aren’t lowered , it’s actually worse than my last contract . Point is , I pay almost $700 for 3 lines but yet your customer care is at a all time low on quality. I have to repeat myself several times and they lack of home training! Fix it !

Bern without internet or TV for 36+ hours and counting now. DM to @RogersHelps, 2 service techs, multiple calls with conflicting statements about what is happening; lost an entire work day, staring down Super Bowl Sunday with no ETA for a fix. Switching from @Bell = mistake

@Bell #Bell #ISP Bell is actively throttling their customers. I pay for high speeds, was getting terrible service at 25 mbps. Agent just admitted to updating my “line profile” when I complained. I will be filing a #CRTC complaint.
