@Bell I called Bell for internet cancellation and the customer rep was very rude once realized that I am actually cancelling the service. Please train your customer service rep better than that.

Is anyone @RogersHelps escalating the issue? Even your own technicians have acknowledge it’s a large and disruptive problem. No resolution or improvement today… I’m definitely moving my service to @Bell Really unacceptable. 2/2

@Bell_Support I never call my neighbors, I text my friends, Luckly in this case, I finally got the maintenance guy who I called for repairs to come over so I could use his phone.

@Bell after 13 years using your system I’m have technical issues. The only way you can help me is if I spend more money. Bell will not service the equipment that you own. I get it - you really aren’t interested in customer service unless it involves money. I have cancelled.
