@Turns55 @Bell_Support Wow! That's a slap in the face. It's not like we can't see the huge outage map?🤪 @Bell_Support just admit when you have a problem!!! It would save so much time and phone calls. Duh

  • pollyvinebag pollyv 🇨🇦🥃🍸🐱💉💉💉 💉 (@pollyvinebag) reported

@XxCarsten72xX @Bell_Support Not to mention telephone support. Instead of a vm saying they were experiencing outages, the vm said we’re busier than usual and aren’t taking calls. PS your virtual repair tool is useless

  • VHamburder Chia Pet: Auston Matthews Moustache (@VHamburder) reported

@Bell_Support The reboot option is gone from the settings menu. Infact im not allowed to select any of the trouble shooting tools. I get shows but have to enter the default parental code periodically or whenever I change channels.

  • carrieshbo Carrie (@carrieshbo) reported

@user14201 @Bell_Support I had the same problem. Finally after several technician visits, they found the issue. It was a short in the telephone wire and had nothing to do with my equipment. It was the most frustrating experience!

  • XxCarsten72xX H.C.Sprung 🇨🇦🇺🇦🇩🇪 (@XxCarsten72xX) reported

@Bell_Support Bell really did a bad job with such a massive outage yesterday. There is no excuse for not putting information out there sooner on social media letting your customers know what the heck was going on. Amateur hour. Do better Bell.

  • alicefitzp Alice Fitzpatrick (@alicefitzp) reported

@Bell_Support Full service came back last night for about half an hour. Then I lost the ability to access PVR or change channels. I have been stuck on one channel since last night. It is the Comedy channel. The irony is not lost on me!
