@Bell I moved to #Metrotown in #Burnaby, one of the most dense populations in the country, that's on the top of a hill, and my Bell signal is now horrible. I had to leave PetSmart to google info on a product cuz I had no service. I live in a tower and get 1 bar. 5G? How about LTE?

@Bell #bell You can’t possibly think it’s a selling point for your service that your Wi-Fi service doesn’t cover an average house. Seriously?

@Bell_Support After months of great internet speeds of 25/5 , now have 2.5/.5 making your service useless. Diagnostics says I will have to wait months for a new tower. I’m walking distance to 2 different towers . Funny how no other outages have been reported.

@Bell_Support No thank you. You've mislead us more than once and refusing to let us speak to a manager/more senior employee takes away any action a consumer had (aside from dumping your service, which due to your monopolistic practices is complex) #CRTC @BellCanadaWatch
