I live in a remote community without access to a land line which is scary as it's my only communication. The internet is too slow to allow me to use calling apps. 1/2

CTB :D (@Rocse1) reported from Ross River, Yukon@Bell_Support phone service is down in the Yukon. I live in Ross River so I don't know if it's a Yukon wide as I cannot call out. It's been down for at least 2 hours that I know of. Living remotely and unable to call out is disconcerting.

Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.
