    @Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

    @care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

    @Bell_Support I was on call with your customer service for 42 minutes to clarify a bill. When I asked to be transferred to the supervisor, the agent cut my phone. I would not recommend Bell to anyone. Worst customer service ever!

    @jaerainbows @KingKultura @Bell Sorry to hear this. Bell has a history of treating ppl pretty crappy. Employees included. Sure there's lots of pep meetings & seminars but when I was there they were very unscrupulous. Now there customer service sucks, big hypocrites & referred to as the devil around my house.

    @Bell_Support Hello, tried switching to bell, told bell to only disconnect me from tekksavvy after my service is in place, bell disconnected me and THEN let me know that it's winter and that the technician can't dig to set up fibe 500till spring.

CRTC... honestly Its not because they caused personal problems but it’s very very important things change ASAP... or our country is headed to a major loss of freedom and truth ... the world sees the games and ... taking advantage at all angles

    Shout out to @Bell who throttles my connection when I'm live-streaming a class, and then just shuts down the modem when I don't get the message that I shouldn't be using my internet connection. Makes remote teaching super fun.

    An update: The owner of this cell phone tower being @bell is spending money to upgrade the radio service that this tower uses. I'm miffed that it's not being upgraded to 5G service. So don't expect @Bell or @TELUS to roll out 5G service any time soon in the #Kitchcner area.
