Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Hey @Bell_Support. Just got a call from one of your agents. After they informed me that the call was being recorded, I asked if they can stop recording and they hung up on me. I don't know why I was called but this was a bad interaction. Can you please review?

@Bell_Support Yeah, did that three times. Also, remotely thru your automated service. Was on hold for a tech person, you hung up on me. Not sure where I go from here. The internet seems to be working now but can't trust it to stay that way so... thanks.
