    @Bell_Support Bell strikes again with subpar customer service! We’ve been without internet for over a week! Customer service has repeatedly over promised and under delivered! It’s AWFUL! Promised a tech was coming today at 8am, now we’ve been told the tech is coming tomorrow!

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

    Hi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.

    @Raptors @Bell @ScottBarnes561 This **** had me tearing up🥲

    @Raptors @Bell @ScottBarnes561 Did they forgot they’re down 3-0??? Lol

  • YammaAdel yamma adel (@YammaAdel) reported

    The tech falsely claimed to have called me so they could just cancel their last service of the day. I'm paying 140$/month and 10 year + user. I guess it's time to switch it up. @Bell what's your best plan?

    So @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support I changed my DNS settings on my modem, and my home phone goes down? In what world is my phone using DNS? Very annoyed with this. I should be able to pick a reliable DNS of my own choice or use my own DNS server. What are my options?

    I pay $100/month for crappy, beyond crappy internet. Canadians like myself are subsidizing the cost of fibre optic internet for the people that are privileged to have it. I can’t wait for the day where I tell @Bell what to do with its crap. @CRTCeng

  • Bxtch990Kay IDC (@Bxtch990Kay) reported

    When @Bell_Support blocks you from messaging them because of how bad they want their money.

  • Bxtch990Kay IDC (@Bxtch990Kay) reported

    @Bell_Support said it’s not their problem but that same number will be used to make another TikTok account once the accounts are taken down. You never know it could be human trafficking. But that’s not your problem right, you just contribute to it.

    @blueprintbrian @Bell Just ranted about this very thing yesterday. Trying to cancel an Xfinity account and it’s been maddening. You can’t cancel an internet account over the …wait for it … the internet.
