@George57184127 @Bell They are all the same. They screw over the loyal customer. I switch providers every 3 years to keep them honest

Make a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didn’t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support My internet has been down since before 11am today. I work from home, so this negatively impacts my livelihood. Will Bell issue a credit for this outage since it has been down for my work day? I am in Milton, ON. Would love to know when it will be back up!

@Bell well. I was suppose to get a call back “48 hours” after my call and surprise surprise. One full week and no phone call returned. We will be to blame for their embarrassing customer service. Thank you for hurting small businesses.

@Bell You charged us for "fibre" for 2 years at 120 dollars a month with speeds never getting over enough to stream netflix without buffering time and again. We find out from a bell employee just recently that there isnt even fibre on our street. This is theft. We fired Bell promptly.

@ConsumerSOS Also better customer service because that desert is populated not by call centres staffed by @Rogers or @Bell but instead by Screwhorn antelopes and Fennec foxes.

My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.
