Trying to deal w @Bell or @Rogers when you aren’t a customer is a nightmare. For almost a year we have been trying to get them to come and deal with the multiple lines that cross our yard but don’t service our house. In past, some have sagged low enough to touch.

Never EVER ask a question of @bell customer service. Not only did they know NOTHING about how to set up my new iPad, I got tricked into going an hour out of my way for a new one when in reality I could have just brought my old one to the store and had it unlocked. ******* idiots.

While @rogers uses third party Canadian vendors in all departments, @Bell outsources internationally with techs being Bell employees. Both companies have great profit margins but treat their vendor employees like a number.

@Bell! Why is my Wi-Fi download speed 30.76mpbs and upload speed 8.68mpbs, when I'm paying for 35mpbs down and 10mbps up?

@Bell I was also wondering, was I suppose to figure out my own solution since going copper is most certainly not a better option and being told I needed to sign up for a 2 year contract for a mobile hotspot and deal with it until you decide that I should have internet.

I swear that the only prerequisite for being a customer service agent is to be able to read a script and never go off the page. Imagine going into work everyday knowing full well you’re an idiot? @Bell, talking about you bud
