@Bell disappointed that you charge double for a service, call it a IT glitch and when I request to compensate for finding the overcharge, spend time on call explaining the issue to you, you just say its not possible #badmobilityserviceincanada #openmobilitymarketcanada

  • eVil_sQuirrelus eVil sQuirrelus (@eVil_sQuirrelus) reported

wow @Bell sending their agents door to door to harass people into switching to their fiber optic bullshit. I don't care how great your products supposedly are, you're a ******* garbage company with lousy customer service and I'll NEVER deal with you again.

  • BroHogPlays P (@BroHogPlays) reported

@HusKerrs @Bell would never steer your the wrong way Everyone just a needs Bell fibre in there life #TorontosISP

  • JohnnyDispatch Johnny (@JohnnyDispatch) reported

As quarterly budget time is approaching… @CraveTVHelp is testing my patience. It’s refusing to allow me to log in with my PC, initially said I wasn’t in Canada, yet using my @bell IP address as the gateway. One service im going to delete in 5 mins.

  • keishamayenne Keisha ♉️ (@keishamayenne) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Bell You thieves!!!!! I’ve been waiting for my cheque since December!!!!! 🤬😡😡 your customer service sucks big time.

  • MissieJoLi Joanna (@MissieJoLi) reported

@bell Same nightmare three month later. Charging me 200 dollars for a modem I returned 3 month ago - and Bell confirmed receiving. In the middle of the conversation, you even tried to sell me more service without resolving the current issue?? How ridiculous can you be Bell?

  • AdzWhitcombe Adam (@AdzWhitcombe) reported

@WeAreTheFoxes_ @Bell_Support @Bell I have pretty much decided not to go anymore anyway. Even after the pandemic I don’t want to smell horrible peanut breath around me or hear piggish eating sounds. People seem to try and eat as loud as possible in cinemas.

  • Valaris Guillaume (@Valaris) reported

@Bell "The Roam Better – with home data feature will increase from $14 to $15 per day" Really? This feature was $5 per day when I signed up for it, how does your "better service" account for a 300% price increase?

  • chrislotts1 Chris Lotts (@chrislotts1) reported

So apparently @Bell_Support is having issues blocking spam calls. I've received 14 back to back calls this morning. Didn't a law about this come into play like a decade ago? How is this STILL happening? #BellLetsTalk about how useless you are.
