    @Bell the absolute worst. They’ve admitted they’re wrong for months but still have charges on our bill that are unjustified. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!

    @Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times …..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
