    @Bell_Support If you’re not able to fix things up let us know don’t waste our time. I need full credit on my bill and if things are not fixed asap you will lose a lot of customers.Things can happen but you seem to ignore this issue by just a single tweet :(

    @Bell_Support what is going on. I’m not 33 hours without any service and every time i call no one has any answers. Is this how you treat your customers. Highly disposable. Would not recommend bell to anyone ever

    @Bell_Support Hello!Bell support!Do you really know what support means!Internet/Alarm security is down since 12pm May 12th 2022. I am loyal Bell customer since last 25plus years. But this is really frustrating…the customer service agent informed it will be fix by 5:00pm. What is update?

    @Bell_Support I don't know what you guys r doing but for last two days, Internet is down, TV is down, Home phone is down. If this does not work by tomorrow evening, I am out of Bell.

    @Bell_Support Bell is the worst yet most expensive service provider in GtA with the most pathetic customer support. Never faced any issue with Rogers earlier.

    @Bell_Support Wi-Fi has been out since may 11 at noon. First I got told 9pm as resolution time, then I told told 2 pm on may 12 then I was told 6 pm and then I was told 8 am on may 13. Now I’m getting a new time. This is the third day with no service. How are we supposed to WFH

    @Bell_Support Midnight now & i haven't had cellphone service in 12hrs. Can't even try to enable wifi calling cuz my SIM card isn't even responding nor can i flip to another carrier's network just to make a call cuz again no working SIM Card. U guys said it was just this area but it's not.
