Androwski (@PsionicRes) reported@Bell_Support Yea I could try but I've already gone through so many support hurdles. I get it things happen but I just wish someone could have told me there's a known problem being worked on (if it even is?) :/ then I could have saved so much time. Honesty goes a long way.

Braden Malloy (@BradenMalloy) reported@Bell worst company to ever deal with, how do you cancel someone’s order for an iPhone 13 pro max and not send them an email to tell them? Meanwhile, all your “help desk” just told me to keep waiting “5 days”. Ridiculous.

Priya Tak (@priyatak) reported@Bell @Bell_Support for cutting off my internet at my current address because I ported my home phone number ahead of a move. And thanks for having your customer loyalty/retention team call us 2 days before to confirm they would not cutoff internet! Moving to @cogeco feels good!

Karen M (@Mon5Karen) reported@RogersHelps Seriously Rogers you have to do better. We pay a lot of $$$ for your services which have not be reliable for +mth. We don't have time to call tech support to get the runaround. @Bell What can you offer an entire neighborhood that's fed up?

Of moose and men (@mooseandmen) reported@Francis_Drouin @Bell It's a 25Mbps plan on the wireless wifi internet (rural 4G LTE internet). Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail
