@Bell_Support That information was garbage. Let's keep this public. You promised a fix last August within a month.

@Bell_Support Why in bloody hell don't you communicate with your support line staff instead of wasting an hour of my time and forcing me to change my password I won't remember because of the systems illogical password rules? And why repeat my private pin# to me , many user speaker phone.

@Bell_Support I assume that Bell is working to resolve the issue because that is actually what they are obliged - how about some information that is helpful? Or should we just keep guessing?

@TheMarieOakes @noovo_ca @Bell Those kids and the parents who teach them that ****, can get ******.

@Bell_Support @YkantGionnyRead why would each of us DM you ... if we're all having the same issue?
-

@Bell_Support @carelyn25 Please don't pretend it's individual accounts and make her go through a bunch of resetting on her end for no reason. Just admit you're having issues - which is pretty clear by the amount of sympatico/bell mail users tweeting about it. And yes... I'm one of them.

@coopincanada @Bell_Support Yup, says login credentials are wrong.

Katharina Janczaruk

@Bell_Support @Dingusamongus You would think a communications company might learn how to communicate. Why do we need to look on Twitter to see there is an issue?
-
Annette McKinnon
(@anetto) reported
@bearman01 @Bell_Support Not working in Toronto either. Everyday a new problem with this roll out. It’s more like a ‘roll under’.

Terry McGurrin
(@standupmonkey) reported
@carelyn25 @Bell_Support No problem, Carolyn. Didn't want you to get on the phone with someone at Bell who'd waste an hour of your time getting you to restart your router and change all your login/passwords for no reason.
