Contacted @Bell_Support about the GARBAGE internet service! Got no help, reset everything and now cannot access my own account! Well under 3mbps and pay over $100 a month! 240 hours and counting to download a 25gb drive … hardwire or not would take 8-10 hours at 5mbps!

@Bell_Support Hi there services not working in Cambridge, ayr, kitchener ...ummm why? I didn't get an email about matinance in the area. Low key pissed that I missed half the hockey game because of resetting my bell box every few mins for freezing.

@Bell_Support We had a slight power outage our TV receiver takes a **** (the 3rd time since july) chat with your service they get it working AND then tells us to reset it again which takes us back to square one forcing us to take to service on the phone!

I would highly advise anyone I know to avoid Bell products if you actually care about support when there are issues...the "support" they provide is embarrassing to put it mildly... At this point I'd endorse @Rogers over them as difficult as that is to believe... @Bell_Support
