@Bell_Support Any idea why after 2 phone calls and 2 billing periods you still can’t fix the problem of overcharging me? Please explain why I need to reach out via Twitter because your actual support channels are absolutely ineffective?

@Bell_Support Actually Bell does not understand. You have a really bad reputation and now I am experiencing what I have heard. No call back means nobody cares. All lies from Bell management. @Bell

@Bell_Support 4/ I still cannot believe that a company as big as Bell can have service SO Bad. No one knows who has done what. I have 30pg of records of site visits, testing, changing speeds, SLAMS, ports,… all for naught. #useless

  • TheW00dley Dave Woodley (@TheW00dley) reported

@Bell_Support I will do as long as it doesn’t result in the suggestion I was provided twice before that I should own multiple cellphones in order to test the network for the company.

  • GregoryVida Greg (@GregoryVida) reported

@Bell I’ve never been so frustrated. I’ve talked to 5 people about others being able to access my account. No one can figure it out. This is a major privacy issue and you can’t fix it? Have a manager call me or I’ll call the CRTC
