    4 conversation with @Bell talk to the loyalty dept. to upgrade a cell, the CS rep said "sorry cant help you, good luck on the new company", I am now going cancel all 4 of my #Bell services #Canada needs 2 do better & stop allowing these corporations to monopolize telecom industry

    Internet & TV were out of commission Wednesday & they’re not working again today. Glad they fixed the problem long enough to watch @Raptors last night before this area got disconnected again this morning. #disconnected @Bell @Rogers

    @Bell_Support I wouldn’t really call it a complaint. I couldn’t care less if they steal gigabit access from you. I just thought you’d like to know. Seems shady. I know where there’s another one too.

    @Bell just a tip. Teach your door to door people to not ask a woman what kind of car her husband drives so they can know when he’s home...nor comment on the fact of my alarm company. This is not service and is terrifying

    Just wanted to thank @Bell_Support for taking my $150 a month for internet and it runs just like it did in 1997.... like shit!!! Oh best part is the $50 in data overages for wifi always being down!!! Help me @rogers #IHateBell

    @Bell_Support Thanks @bell_Support - I’ve been assured by the crew outside that they’re working on it. I called my service provider & they confirmed this area has been affected (not just my location). Hopefully it will be rectified soon. #disconnected 🤞

    @Bell @Bell @Bell help a customer out here! With 3 months of service that include 2 cells, tv and internet. 6-7 technicians, replaced all equipment, yesterday actually, and still problems! Leafs tonight and husband furious and on phone to you now. Help!!

    @Rajendra @Bell_Support Called tech support. Apparently it’s a server outage in Ajax. ETA on the fix is ~5:40pm. Nothing we can do until then. I gotta find someone with a Rogers connection to bum off of. 🤔

    Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡
