  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

  • Sojeles Tara Jeles (@Sojeles) reported

My address is considered rural even though i am 8 minutes from a city with 98,000 population. Try getting internet.... @Bell 👎🏻 @Rogers @Xplornet 👎🏻. Yet a borrowed Ipad from school with Rogers data can hotspot Netflix like crazy. No help from any of those companies though!

  • NerdGrapeHuman Nerdy Grape Human named Aesa (DM = OPEN) 🏳️‍⚧️ (@NerdGrapeHuman) reported

@Bell_Support Keep in mind that I will be moving soon and cancelling this service anyway so I don't see why I need to pay $300 for garbage I'm cancelling in a week

  • LadySzabo13 Anna Szabo (@LadySzabo13) reported

@Bell_Support Bell customer service has finally become the straw to break this camel's back. Bell customer for decades, but I'm done. Not that Bell will care about losing 1 customer. Good riddance...

  • HollandGregJ Greg Holland (@HollandGregJ) reported

@rsq_me @Bell I just dont want to be completely ripped off. I only have 5GB of data and my bill last month was $140. Like, **** off that is insane.

  • SaraPdids Sara P (@SaraPdids) reported

@Bell_Support Still down in Kingston (fibe or LTE), my family takes turns taking work calls on my cell which is Rogers. Called IT 4 times in the last 3 weeks, all trouble shooting and factory reset they told us to do several times. Just have to keep "waiting 24 hrs" until we lose our jobs.

  • RazinX Brandon Angus (@RazinX) reported

@Bell as a loyal mobility customer looking to change a plan, being told we have to wait 7-14 days for the back office team to call us to get a better plan is not really encouraging me to stay a customer. Really hope you can do better than this. Disappointed!

  • 0That1 NotArobot (@0That1) reported

@PeterBa36101055 @Bell There is no issues, it is non ionizing. it has a short, sparse, wave length. 5g as a whole is very weak. You’d have to spend a significant amount of time literally sitting on the transmitter for any registrable Health affects.

  • treplow treplow (@treplow) reported

@Bell any plans to offer Fibe internet or at least service faster than 5 mbps to the Upper Middle and Third Line area in Oakville?

  • AAmazingPaper Amazing Paper Crafts (@AAmazingPaper) reported

@Bell_Support unbelievable no service since noon and now u say no service till July 2nd at 10pm. Living downtown toronto and u can’t get service up and going faster. Disgusting shame on you!

  • Punished_Viper 'Unacceptable' Viper 🚛🍁🚛🍁🚛🍁 (@Punished_Viper) reported

...another $45/month seems a bit much to those I've told so far, but who knows? They could all be out-of-touch. Lastly, and honesty, worst, was the Internet news; my coworker had told me that @Bell Fibe Internet was available there which, I find out, today, while setting...
