  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

@Bell @CraveCanada what was the point of giving me six months of a useless subscription I can't even watch on my TV. Got my hopes up for nothing. I thought maybe I might get back in the crave train but I'll just cancel my account after one day cause you spit in my face.

@amazonca @Bell_Support a robocaller called about 10 times this morning. "Dear customer, this is Olivia at Amazon customer service. We have received an order for $600. If you want to dispute this charge, press 1 for customer service" How to stop robocallers?

  • wallrat1063 Connie da Silva (@wallrat1063) reported

@cogeco it pains me to say that ur service is the absolute worst I've received in decades of cable TV/ internet usage. Ur recommendation to move to epico has resulted in continuous interrupted viewing. Can't watch anything w/out constant buffering, or errors.@Bell where r u? 😢

  • JagmeetKapur Jagmeet Kapur (@JagmeetKapur) reported

@Bell_Support I just need Bell position on this issue. I know Ivano Pirro has put a lot of efforts creating an excellent CXS structure but a response without logical answer was something not expected from Bell support. Feel free to see my account “b12lwm28”

  • Nenarth Naina Vaghasiya (@Nenarth) reported

@iamK_T @Bell @Bell_Support Mine is not working at all. And they just keep dragging timeline. Its very frustrating as we call customer care and they can not guarantee when it will get resolved.

@NBACanada @Bell Stop gassing a normal floater... treating him like a damn make-a-wish kid 😭

  • MikeyMantis Mikey (@MikeyMantis) reported

Decided to move to @Bell from Rogers because I thought they'd have better service. Install was supposed to happen today and guess what? Had to cancel due to some unforeseen issue. Amazing first experience Bell!!! Maybe I should stay with Rogers.
