@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@Bell_Support Anybody else having a problem with their Bell home phone transferring incoming calls immediately to voicemail without even 1 ring? I've been having it for about 2-3 weeks despite multiple temporary fixes by Bell.

@mysticcshadow sounds like incompetent management.. Don't let it get to you, Its not your fault, and do feel you have anything to prove you didn't. I worked for a horrible company @Bell worked there for years.. and guess what they terminated me for my #mentalhealth. Yep.. on my birthday even..

@Bell_Support @Bell the customer service is not waiving the service connection fee of 50$. I was told it will be waived. Do it or I'll close the sim. And won't pay any of the amount.
