@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

Two hours in, someone answers: there is an “outage in your area.” Anyone else in Ottawa sans @Bell_Support service? Nothing noted elsewhere.

@Bell I have had Bell for the last 7 years. The wifi started to get very slow during covid with everyone on Zoom.Bell told me to add these pods to boost the signal. The real problem was Bell throttling down the service and over selling speeds the infrastructure can't handle.

@Bell_Support Yeah done this and called and the great solution you give, unplug and let them reset. I think they will be going in the garbage

Don't get a phone with @Bell. Their service is spotty, they ship defective replacement devices, and then when you can't pay the $300 fee they charge for said broken device, they hound you day and night. When you offer an explanation, their deaf reps just keep asking for a date.
