kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British ColumbiaImagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.
-
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.
-
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

Laura A (@Cat4714) reported@Martyupnorth My cell phone company did the same. "To increase service bla bla bla". Currently looking for a new provider. @Bell
-
Vanessa 🇨🇦🏊🏻♀️🚴🏃♀️ (@VanMeik211) reported@Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!
-
KookieLuvver (@KLuvver) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!
-
maria priolo (@1Priolo) reported@Bell I think your virtual assistance program is broken. I've been trying all day to get to technical support and after in putting all the prompts it goes silent. No transfer, no support, no help and I'm still having issues with my TV freezing!
-
Lucky Lucy (@Luckylucydach) reported@Travisdhanraj @Dennismolin11 @Bell Yup, only Telus. Mother in law died. Couldn’t cancel it. It was insane.
-
dodge journey Crossroad (@RobertRabi7) reported@Reil76 @Bell I've had a Rogers plan for 5 years, the speed is 2 gigabytes, and I haven't had any problems. I pay $65 a month and the speed is stable, even though I live in an old building.
-
Nathan Kehler (@nathan_P44) reported@Bell @Travisdhanraj This is me trying to cancel my internet. It's ******* impossible. Bell even sent a technician over to disconnect my fibre so Telus could hook up. You would think they would automatically cancel it for you
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
