Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

@Bell_Support order number BCMSR7LG never received the phone I ordered. I have put the credit deposit. Apparently they can’t Process the order. I need my refund. I have called back and forth still no call back from a manager. I received a bill for the phone they never shipped 😳

@PrintGuyChris @Bell_Support I’m in the same area, error code 1201 no internet since last night and their rep said no ETA on the fix. Which is crazy.

@Bell_Support Excuse me why has the credit that you promised we would receive for the service interruption STILL not applied yet?? This is the THIRD time I’ve had to follow up and the last time y’all told me on Oct 20th that it will be applied. I just checked account, it has YET to be applied!
