@Bell I just ported from freedom and already regretting because of customer service. The lady was extremely nice to me while taking my information and as soon as I Signed up she had a “none of my business” attitude when I needed assistance.

@Bell why ******** wouldn’t your wifi cover the entire house anyway? and just buy a wifi extender for gods sakes. i bought one for like $20 and it works like a charm. y’all’s wifi is literally the worst i’ve ever experienced

@bell After losing 2 vacation days to you not holding up your end of an agreement your loyalty department “Eddie” just informed me that Bell will not do anything. Unbelievable how acceptable it is @Bell to provide awful customer service. You can take our $ no problem though!
