@Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(

Wow! @Bell is scamming loyal clients during these awful times hoping people won’t notice!! Check your bills folks! Mine went up 22$/month with ZERO notification! I give more than 50% of what I receive on long term disability so my family can have phones, the internet and tv #SCAM

@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

@jfmezei Regrettable. I wonder if any other provider like @Videotron might set up a cellular network in La Tuque or go into partnership with a local provider like Sogetel? The problem with @Bell is that their billing is completely unreliable and it takes forever to fix errors.
