I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. When it was going to be fixed, that it was fixed, then it wasn’t fixed and suddenly today they say it’s fixed. Her phone is still not working and someone may be out tomorrow.
