@Bell_Support I’m sorry but I live in Stonebridge,Ottawa and it’s not working. Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad . So it’s not working

@Bell_Support #BellInternet issues today well we had the outage here #KanataNorth #Ottawa but some where someone did something as now our service is back 😷I had to restart my Bell modem mind you .

@Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(
