    i just recently noticed that at some point someone has stolen my cell phone and left me with a clone. I went to all the cell phone providers and they were no help. Any suggestions? @telus @Bell

    @Bell No you just sell our information like names numbers address and package details to scammers only when I'm on bell home services do I get constantly harassed by scam calls. Like right now my internet and tv are down but I'm still getting harassing calls you upgrade to fiber op

    @Relationwe633 The rep on the phone agreed to the $50 refund after 48 min on the call to correct this error on @Bell part. That is a lot of time for what should have been a simple issue. It took 3 different people to get it resolved.
