**** @bell for keeping me on chat for an hour then transferring me to a phone call for 30 more minutes just to "troubleshoot" an issue by signing me up for more services just to land on "yeah actually u just cant watch that sorry"

@Bell All of the live Echat, phone, technical support is done by people in the Philippines. Canadian company outsourcing jobs and charging an astronomical amount of money for services.

Finally, I called @Bell to cancel service on 1st May and requested @Rogers for a new connection. They were kind enough to understand that we need to work & they sent us modem in a day & on Monday before noon we got wifi working. Hassle free process and great service by @Rogers.

And now today I received mail to return modem before 1st July or they will charge $199. I am really disappointed with th3 service and support by @Bell. They are least concerned about thier customers and has pathetic customer service team. Very rude and not at all helpful.

I am in freaked out mode!!! Lost my channels that show @NHLBruins on my @Bell satellite in 🇨🇦 eh!!! Told 7-10 business days.. Speed this **** up.. Need watch my Bruins!!! Pray for me brothers & sisters!!!🙏🐻🏒🥅

@DPocroianu @Bell ⭐🐺 A few reasons I haven't as of yet, never unprepared if I need to Laywer up. Right now, I am not sure how much energy I have left in the tank and so I have to calculate and mitigate what energy I do have, especially because I have been beaten down badly, I am told.

@Bell_Support @Bell is there an outage again in Mississauga area by Lakeshore and Hurontario?? How can you work from home when every other day the internet is not working. So unreliable!!
