I've been dealing with @Bell for 19 years. I continue to wonder why I deal with you guys. Continue to have the worst customer experience. Hey @TELUS @Rogers what are willing to do for me with regards to these cell phone plans.

  • irobox_Cap Carlin Brady (@irobox_Cap) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell_Support Bell media owns the channel and the programming sucks just repeating the same shows all the time, every day the same shows. Reruns are good but no multiple of the same show back to back there’s tones of great things to air cause you’ve done it in the pass

  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

If traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3

  • Roopanova 🦁🇨🇦 Bollywood Roop 🇨🇦 🦁 (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Update on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.

  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

  • iamRam2333 𝓇𝒶𝓂 ᴬᴰᴺ🇵🇭🇨🇦 (@iamRam2333) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

I just had the WORST customer experience EVER with @Bell . I hope they’d follow through with that supervisor call on Monday, since apparently, their customer service employees aren’t actually doing their jobs properly and now they have completely F-ed up our account. 😤

  • TrevorBoller trevor boller (@TrevorBoller) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell I was going to get the 11 it was reserved for me. Customer service set me up online. When I get to the store they change the plans and says I couldn’t get the original one they agreed-upon. #switchandbait

  • aWYNNING Alãnãtudē (@aWYNNING) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@RuckingHook_2 @Bell I was at telus for 20, since they were clearnet but then shit went downhill. Virgin is technically bell & had the best plan for me but holy shit, I’ve never experienced this type of service, ever.

  • sssuperbecca Becca (@sssuperbecca) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Poor Mae @Bell_Support ....but I did think something bad had happened in my friend group

  • lorrainejaira Lorraine Alcantara (@lorrainejaira) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell have been a loyal customer since I got my very first cellphone [2008]. Just because I have the $60 plan now, I’m no longer eligible for any loyalty promos or discounts. This is laughable. Might have to reconsider where I put my loyalty too.

  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • su_broo Su Broo (@su_broo) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell The CRTC is a bad joke on Canada.

  • ItsMeFrxd frxd | silver (@ItsMeFrxd) reported

@Bell why is your internet so bad rn I'm trying to play fncs and I'm on 125 ping

  • arakwar87 Sebastien Lemieux (@arakwar87) reported

@efortin76 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Each provider’s network is limited to some region. Thus creating close to no competition. And they are clearly colluding for prices, looking at how most service prices are exactly the same.

  • yyzMYA Moaz Ahmad (@yyzMYA) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell TekSavvy value proposition was higher at $35 for unlimited even if I wasn't getting the higher speeds. But now those higher speeds are vital and I'm not getting them, though my bill is much higher. Canadians need better Internet prices and service all around.

  • deeAroy Dee (@deeAroy) reported

@tommykippes @Bell Yup **** @Bell . Whoever is running that show is an idiot.

  • Sarcasmic3 StoryTeller 🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🇮🇳🇪🇬 (@Sarcasmic3) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Exorbitant cellphones & internet prices are almost criminal in Canada. It is bewildering that people have just got used to these prices. Cell phone companies do not even allow carry forward of unused data to next billing cycle even though customer has already paid for it.

  • Vansilli Vansilli (@Vansilli) reported

@Videotron has been down for hours. @Bell , can you give me good prices? Or people in Montreal, what do you use for internet?

  • manywordedman1 manywordedman (@manywordedman1) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Alternative point of view - teksavvy has rubbish Internet and customer service. It’s why I left then to go to bell lol

  • thesouthshorere dwight nickerson (@thesouthshorere) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell It's not only internet & mobile that we pay through the nose 4. The government has no qualms whatsoever about throwing the consumer under the bus. When it comes to attending to the consumers needs and concerns it's always a broken record- we're looking into it or it's under study

  • MBD_27 Mike D. (@MBD_27) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Imagine calling out Bell on this, when the network infrastructure TekSavvy uses to resell their service is their competitor. Huh. Seems disingenuous.
