@nejsnave @Bell While Bell is fair in their pricing, until about a year ago they didn’t come right out and offer payment plans. Due to my finances in/out I couldn’t pay the bill before the 20th. They disconnected me 5 times in 12 months. For the sake of one month’s service. Reconnect fee $49.95

@Bell Shouldn't it already cover your home...no issues with rogers ....no need to pay extra to have internet in your house...this is a huge reason I switched providers

Let me explain in simplest terms the type of service @bell provides. The technician comes to the house and makes a mistake. No worries, they will come and fix it. But Bell wants to charge me $75 service fee to come correct the issue! Can we start getting some competition please.

Hey @Bell when you contract a third party market research firm to do calls for your long time and loyal customer’s opinion, maybe don’t have them brow beat and speak over your customer when they’re sharing their opinion.

@Bell Pro tip for any customers stumbling across this: renting WiFi equipment from Bell is a terrible deal. The stuff is paid off in 8 months but they keep charging you for it forever. You can buy much better gear, and save money, by just going to any local computer store.

I believe @bell @rogers and @telus should all be fined for every scam text or call on their network. They would probably disappear overnight.
