@raph_leroux You know what’s the sad part? I purposefully got a big phone plan so that when I need to download anything big I can tether my phone because this @Bell home internet is so slow that it takes the whole bandwidth for hours and no one can do anything.

  • metalma98989151 kparsons (@metalma98989151) reported

@Bell_Support I called your tech support and they say nothing is blocked. Either they are not informed and incompetent or told to misinform the customer

  • skylerfraser14 Skyler Fraser (@skylerfraser14) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell give your technical support phone workers noise cancelling microphones or something. It’s very hard to hear them with the background noise.

@Bell_Support Any ETA for the nova scotia business internet outage?

  • metalma98989151 kparsons (@metalma98989151) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks for the reply but this doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. I have a personal security cam system that needs to have 3 ports opened to operate. My previous router from Rogers had no problem with this. What’s my route from here to have this work ?

  • pattimoffatt pattimoffatt🇨🇦 (@pattimoffatt) reported

@Bell Have had nothing but issues with my Fibe since I switched from Cogeco on September 9. Nobody seems to be able to fix my issue. Maybe Cogeco can….

@muskokadon @EnvHamilton @Bell Okay, Skippy. I'm not for anyone blocking the sidewalk BUT if a service call is needed you clowns soil your ******* if the truck is parked in the useless bike lane. What's the guy to do?

  • forshish Bagheera Altered (@forshish) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Bell_Support there's an outage in Niagara on the lake, Canada since 3:30PM. Any chance of an update?

  • lorijc601 LJC 🇨🇦 (@lorijc601) reported

@Bell_Support I switched to the new Bell fibre optic network on Wednesday. It’s now Friday and I have had to reboot my system several times a day since then. The internet just randomly disconnects. So much for the revolutionary new fibre optics! Piece of crap so far.
