@Bell this Companies customer service is absolutely a bomb shell.. Nothing worse than talking to an aragant person from any where, let alone from the Philippines that doesn't have a clue where CANADA is. I think the CEO OF BELL SHOULD HAVE CALL CENTRES BACK I. CANADA OR RESIGN

On the phone for 2 hours with @Bell_Support and now the issue is even worse. Didn’t think I’d ever experience worse service than Rogers, I was wrong.

@Bell 2/2 instead of trying to get new business you should be offering your existing clients incentive to stay. As soon as I can find a provider that can give me the service I want For a really great rate - I will be moving - even if I have to go stateside to do it.

Spent 3 hours so far back and forth on the phone with @Bell about an issue with our BTC system. I have a repair ticket number and am waiting on a technician for my next call. Hopefully this gets resolved by EOD. A woman named Colleen in Loyalty deserves a raise, btw

@ShunnedOW @RedexBB @Bell Other than the fact that my xfinity’s wifi used to cut out once a year, one time even being a whole week, I looked elsewhere. They were ok, but when they sucked, they SUCKED.
