Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

Hey @Bell_Support I have had 4 visits from technicians, been on the chat/phone constantly over last 6 months and I am paying basically a mortgage for Fibe. Internet down more than working!!!! Not happy!!!!

@Bell_Support hey #Bell.. I’ve called you 20+ times to fix my Fibe TV connection issues. Each support worker troubleshoots, but can’t fix the problem permanently. Maybe quit passing the buck and actually do your jobs!
