@Bell.....is it just me or does everyone get deplorable service? Challenging site....long chat service that did nothing....waiting for immediate phone call back that took 30 minutes only to be disconnected after having to repeat everything covered in the chat. Poor experience.

@Bell Fun fact: 911 was selected as the emergency number because it was easy to find on the rotary dial in the dark and the “1’s” were the fastest. They couldn’t make it 111 because 1 was the code for long distance call.

@Bell_Support I spend 45 mins on the phone to cancel my ISP service. I was on silence hold for 20 mins. Then I receive an email for cancel confirmation. Then suddenly without notice I went into music hold for 20mins for no reason Is this normal experience for exiting customer?

@Bell beyond frustrated with your customer service and how you do not take care of your customers....I have called 4 times to have a promo continued to have you tell me no. Thanks for nothing...time to switch from Bell.

@EamonCyr @Bell_Support I moved in February 2019, instead of moving the service they added a second user account. Literally been paying 2 services for almost 2 years and wouldn’t have known unless I called about a cheaper service. By law they can’t give it back, but charging for two accounts is fine.
