    Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

  • eldycanada Jeffrey Eldridge (@eldycanada) reported from Douro-Dummer, Ontario

    @bell I have done everything you have asked and you have been an ******* to me after over 15 years of loyalty, as soon as this contract is done I am gone and I am going to let everyone know what happened and tell them to go elsewhere, go threaten someone else who pays twice !

  • JoshVanasse Josh Vanasse (@JoshVanasse) reported from Longueuil, Québec

    @zachdropstweets @Bell @Bell_Support Only way I can get it is through the TSN app and the sign in with your bell login. I was so rattled when I couldn’t find it

  • rishi_rk91 Rishi Kanuga (@rishi_rk91) reported

    @Bell you're internet & tech support service is really bad!!! I switched to @Bell and 2 days in, I have NO INTERNET. Customer support took an hour on a call just to tell me that a technician can be sent only 24 hrs later for a fix. Clearly not #bellforbetter, it's so much worse!

  • datta_rishabh Rishabh Datta (@datta_rishabh) reported

    @Bell_Support my home internet is not working in Toronto Midtown area. Is this a scheduled outage ?

  • Milan_ Milan (@Milan_) reported

    If anyone wants bad treating of their customers switch over to @Bell. They just keep disappointing. #badservice #poorcustomerservice

  • PaulEAndrews Paul Andrews (@PaulEAndrews) reported

    @TamaraVineberg @Bell I don't think they care! I tried reaching out to @TELUS for my parents. They offered $5 discount on basic $80 plan. So two phones, $150/month for phone service is a bit much for seniors on fixed incomes. And $80 a month is a little outrageous for anyone to pay IMO.

  • hh_varuna varuna (@hh_varuna) reported

    @TorontoDefiant @SFShock @Bell not bad

  • RessyM Stressy Ressy 💙 (@RessyM) reported

    So that was interesting. Had to call @Bell_Support Tech support to figure out wtf was up with my modem. Apparently either someone at Bell logged into my account, or the system did, and changed the modem in my account from a HH3000, to a HH4000. Without actually changing the modem
