Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

I'm going on almost 2 weeks without regular phone access and @Bell @Bell_Support STILL hasn't contacted me despite my 4 calls/online chats with support, and one was a call from my building security desk because they told me to borrow a phone to call. @Bell is trash.

  • TinaStar212 Tina (@TinaStar212) reported

@Bell - Don’t open a business account with Bell, if one of your staff of family on your plan passes away, they make you pay out the entire contract - UNCONSCIONABLE. No option for a small penalty to cancel the line. CASH GRAB from someone’s ESTATE - UNBELIEVABLE

  • mjhedderson MJ (@mjhedderson) reported

Bell Aliant cell service in Marysvale, NL has been reduced to nil or scarce. Is it a result of recent wind storms, please investigate! @BellAliant @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support

I'm not surprised to learn that Toronto's broken and overflowing street garbage cans are a division of @Bell. Saddened, but not surprised.

  • Nintendogtor Nintendogtor (@Nintendogtor) reported

@Bell No way.. we pay extra for additional speed and we have tons of lag. Our internet also drops several times per day. Bell has not been helpful with resolution.
