@Bell_Support Sent a DM to that account. Please look into it. I keep getting transferred around the world to your departments but no resolution. Your customer resolution team transferred me to loyalty but no resolution. Violation of contract terms to not receive this card.

@Bell is the worst. Have had a $600 charge for equipment on my account since September for equipment that was returned in September. Spoke to and live chatted with "escalation" department 4 times and nothing, then cancel my service because of the $600 charge that is not paid🤬

@illumin8dTomes @Bell_Support Lol even better is that they sent my complaint to their door to door team so they won’t come to my house anymore. That’s great but let’s address the fact that they’re risking staff and clients safety by doing door to door in the first place.

@Bell_Support We have had intermittent connection issues all day... We have verified that it is the hard wire not the wi-fi.... WTF (no offence) we pay a lot for fibe internet and this is just stupid!! (Ottawa)

Ugh so frustrating. **** YOU @Bell. I pay for a service and I can't even watch the @iihf_wjc through the internet. Living in the north and dish is down but I pay for BellTV through internet and @TSN_Sports is not in my package which it SHOULD BE BECAUSE I PAY FOR IT!!!

Yesterday I worked on moving a client’s home network from @Rogers to @Bell and I have to give @Bell credit in terms how fast their Internet speeds are. Their 500 Mbps service is WAY better than my Gigabit service.
