    .@Bell You get my vote for the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You treat long time customers like crap and even after I cancel my service I’ve still had to deal with the hell of trying to return equipment.

    @Bell your customer service is absolutely appalling! 1.5 weeks and 2 missed install bookings and no one can figure out how to get me in next day. Pathetic. When asked to speak to a manager it's a 24 to 48 hour wait. I'm canceling my service install and cell phone. Shame on you!!!

    @taay_yoo @Bell They’re awful. I have recorded phone calls with them that are unreal. They lie and lie until I tell them I have recording of being told something different. I can’t beg ppl enough to not deal with them

    @Timjgodson @Bell Same. They are a horrendous company and most employees are awful. I cancelled service back in March and are still dealing with them to this day. They just keep harassing me. Worst decision I made
