@Bell_Support @Bell_Support #bellfibe This has been brutal service! Support via MyBell App crashed. No one answering phones. Told to try Twitter for a tweet 4 hrs ago with no info, only to find a msg now saying NOT to reboot, something already done. Time to #cutthecord or try Rogers?

@DrewV80 @Bell_Support I rebooted mine a lot of times during the outage, but just after 10, it started working. I can watch live tv but can't do much else.

  • CdnCandace Candace Loughran (@CdnCandace) reported

@VHamburder @Bell_Support Yes I am being asked for a parental code. I found out if you have never set one before the default is 1234 but to watch any channel it is asking for a code and the PVR is not working at all still.

@Bell_support shame on you for not coming public with your major outage tonight. I spent countless time rebooting, trying to call you and trying to access your website. Total waste of my night. You didn't have the courtesy to tell us. We all deserve a free month of service!

@Bell_Support Why is it taking so long to get service back. We need updates.

  • MightyDuckMan13 Jrok (@MightyDuckMan13) reported

@CarAdMan @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Rogers is 10x worse I don't recommend. I'm not defending bell for this as it's been the support has been a joke but Rogers will screw you around. I had a TV package and they never informed in the midst of covid that it expired so they continued to charge me more money.
