  @tegan4618 @status_is_down No dial tone , three hours with Bell trying to get service. Other ppl in area without a dial tone , they say it’s inside the house , never their equipment 🙄 @Bell

  @Bell worst customer service ever, agent named Adam, on call was so rude and in a rush that doesn't Wana help or assist. Worst service ever and I'll make sure I switch all my services. Will never recommend and will refer to this incident to all. Thank you @bell for nothing.

  @Bell_Support can you please fix the equipment issue that’s causing the Internet outage in Mississauga today ASAP? There’s a World Cup final game today at 3pm, and our life is at risk without an internet!
