@koodo Hello, I’m a @Bell customer, however, if they don’t do the right thing I’m all ears for a new service provider.

@Bell_Support is your mobile app down or something? It doesn’t seem to load past the first page. This also applies to your website!

@RoninPoland @Bell Would agree but as a Rogers customer I would say they don’t come close to being the worst!

@Bell_Support there's an eastern Ontario internet outage as far as I can tell, is there any estimation for when this will be fixed?

In January, my 75 year old mom made a $203 phone payment that somehow ended up in another customer’s account. Despite multiple calls over the last 3 months, they still “can’t find the money” and have not credited her back. @Bell_Support, this is a disgrace.

@Bell_Support Care to expound on the landline outage currently affecting eastern Ottawa? No service until Friday? I thought I was paying for a landline because I could count on it in case of power outage or wireless service outage. Am I getting a credit on my account?!?

@Bell_Support you’ve got some pretty rude operators. You need to work on customer relations how are things going to be resolved if your operators don’t listen and disconnect your call?!.

Why is @Bell so difficult to deal with?! If anyone is on the fence about which company to go through: 0/10. I would recommend crawling over broken glass before starting an account with them.

Praise be! @Eastlink came through - modem showed up in the mail, so we have service. On time, and as agreed. What a concept, eh @Bell ? Sadly, they don't offer your upload speed otherwise I would be cancelling my order with you right now. #EndTheDuopoly #ToHellWithBell
