@Bell_Support My ever increasing and unaffordable monthly bill issue wasn't addressed. I will be searching for services outside of Bell to lower my monthly bills.

  • bosa187 Bryan (@bosa187) reported

@Bell The worst service I have ever received coupled with even worse customer service.

  • dpn_ray Ray Rauth (@dpn_ray) reported

@Bell you know what would be great? Internet that works. It’s amazing that you charge full payments for a product that works 75% of the time - You even charge $15 a month for the stupid boosters that don’t do ****

  • alstillo Alessandro Stillo (@alstillo) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@AmazonHelp @Bell_Support - Be advised, a multitude of newly "refreshed" network names/items continue to mask their own digital identifiers (IP/MAC) to my network's integrities, accessing and serving remotely for their unauthorized accesses to my devices...

  • Gnsanzintwali Gilbert NSANZINTWALI (@Gnsanzintwali) reported

If @Bell_Support can't answer questions related to @Bell 's internet issues, is anyone else who can help? I think its your responsibility to do so.

  • Sn0rchblapp Sn0rchblapp (@Sn0rchblapp) reported

@Bell How about you meet your commitments and install the damn fibre in rural areas like you're supposed to? $240/month for 2x2M DSL lines is theft.

  • RandyGerrior Randy Gerrior (@RandyGerrior) reported

@Bell This is the biggest farce. They don’t offer it in most communities and they won’t tell you when they plan on upgrading your neighbourhood. I guess you have to live next to a Bell executive or their cottage to get decent service and speed.

  • hotSahs Rupinder (Rup) Sahsi, MD 💬 (@hotSahs) reported

@Bell_Support The account is managed by the hospital. I just spoke with one of your tech reps, who confirmed my previous ticket was "closed," even though nothing changed for me. I was told the high number of other reports of signal problems from my area is "trending." That's bad, right?
