    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    @Bell waited an hour on the phone to have a rude billing rep tell me that my $500 Bill for December is what it is, you have to pay it. Explanation was didn’t charge me in Nov so they added it to Dec. so now I don’t pay it all I owe interest on late payments. **** the litre guy!

    @Bell My parents are not tech savvy and im currently in a foreign country. I asked my mom to place a support call at your departments. Please exchange the faulty equipment and set the default DHCP config for 192.168.0.1. Our address is 101 Rue Lavoisier, Chateauguay,QC,J6K3Z1

    @Bell Thank you for neglecting my parents and the service they pay for. Thank you for sending us a faulty modem that freezes everytime we add a wifi device or just freezes because it feels like it. We pay for your highest available plan and we dealt with this since the 1st months

    I call #bellsmarthome tech support AGAIN today and the system hangs up on me after 15min. I call back to CANCEL the @bell service that is NOT being provided. I am told, by @Bell loyalty that I can cancel my account IF I PAY the remainder 7mos of my “contract”.

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Having issues playing online PS4 with either GTAV or RDR2. Both @RockstarSupport games. Other games work fine. Can't even use their apps on my phone when connected to my wifi but works fine on mobile data. Any ideas or help? 0x500000020 error.
