    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    @Bell @Ombudsman_OBSI My mobile cost went up. Called twice only way to get a cheaper plan is to get a phone through them. I buy my phone's myself. Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
