    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    trying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.

    @Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!

    @Bell Can you ask the technicians to close the terminals properly? This is the second time this month my internet was down because squirrels chewed the wires.

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    @Bell_Support @Bell disappointing customer service. Travelled in Canada did not even cross border and got message that I am charged for roaming services. No response from bell support. Can anyone help to resolve undue charges ??

    @Bell @Bell @Bell_Support The issue isn't a changing estimate, it is the intentional dishonesty and ignoring your customers. How is it ok to have a 4 day outage and completely ignore customers and provide no feedback or updates?

    @Bell I have been Bell service free for 20 years. I hate that you're going to get money for inferior Internet service because of a technicality.

    @D0wnt0wnBrown @Bell_Support Yea ive had the same issue here too it never "detects" anything hell our router/internet has been cutting in and out nonstop for the past 2 days
