    @Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

    How’s my day going? Well @Bell seems to be having an Ontario wide issue where none of their cell phone users can call @Iristel numbers but it’s impossible to report it through their support line if you aren’t a Bell customer yourself. 🙃

    @Bell_Support SO you take money away from customers for a Bandwidth that they can't get, b/c you don't give them the Hardware to get what they are paying you for? AKA 1.5+ GB service with a Hub 3000 that has Capped 1GB ethernet ports. Isn't that why you made the Hub 4000 with the 10GB port 1/2
