@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

@Bell_Support after spending an hour with someone else in sales and getting a call back, monthly price just increased and still no resolution. #BellSmartHome fail! I would not recommend!! Even found out that my installation booked last week for this week was not properly set up!

Have talked with bell specialists twice now and they’ve both given me resolution times that never come to fruition. Please let us know what is going on and give us an actual set-in-stone ETA. This is unacceptable.

Bought a new home in Ottawa and was told @Rogers and @Bell_Support had special promotions. Rogers is the only one that called with an offer and so far have knocked it out of the park! Was always a loyal Bell customer.
