@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

@JcqMit @Bell_Support I just downloaded and opened the Fibe app and am able to watch tv (blue jays game 🧢⚾) with no issues. oh & I used Amazon firestick to access the app.

@Bell_Support I’m having issues with my Fibe tv. I call your support #and it says to call back during business hours. I go on line to troubleshoot and can’t get in! My postal code is not on the outage map! What is going on! Please help!
