@Bell "Loyalty Dept" called me today, 10 days after I told them I was cancelling all my services, & 4 days after my new provider finished installation. Why didn't they seem to care when I told them I was cancelling? Why would I uninstall the new stuff & go back to them? #Fail

@Bell_Support hi, I used to able select channels on my phone and my TV will play that channel. Now it is gone and I try to pair and it is unsuccessful. Please advise how to pair my phone to my PVR. I have reset both router and PVR and still the same problem.

I feel like unless you are buying a new product from @Bell or @RogersBiz they purposely put you on hold in hopes you hang up and they don’t have to deal with your issue.

@Bell_Support He called afterwards to confirm yet again that there were no issues, and at that moment our internet went off again. While your employee kept insisting there was no problem, that it was working on his end, and there was no need to send anyone.
