@Bell_Support We had a slight power outage our TV receiver takes a **** (the 3rd time since july) chat with your service they get it working AND then tells us to reset it again which takes us back to square one forcing us to take to service on the phone!

Contacted @Bell_Support about the GARBAGE internet service! Got no help, reset everything and now cannot access my own account! Well under 3mbps and pay over $100 a month! 240 hours and counting to download a 25gb drive … hardwire or not would take 8-10 hours at 5mbps!
