  @Bell : despite my best efforts, I am not receiving Sympatico emails from my Condo Property Manager. I am on the *** and it is crucial I receive docs/info. This is a new prob ~ past three weeks. I have dealt w/Bell Help to no success. Also ChatGPT and Geek Squad. What gives?

  @Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? We’ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.

  @Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.

  @Reil76 @IConcedeToNoOne @Bell They offered us a deal on Friday , booked hook up for tv yesterday but everything they sent us to do did not work so by Monday we cancelled the whole thing !! They lost 3 phones ,tv and home internet ,they did nothing and we got a bill by Saturday !!! Never again !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  @Bell Oh, I called your customer serv. a few times, & the rep said he agreed the cell signal is weak in DT & my 🏠 area (Rossland and Audley in Ajax). He said that engineers are wrking 2 improve the signal, but he doesn’t knw when it will get better. It may take years. @cbcmarketplace

  @bell Can't work from home because I haven't had internet for 3 days. Bell says they don't have a crew that can run an internet cable from a pole across the street to my home. They also can't give me a date when they can fix this. I want a discount on my internet bill.

  After having dealt with the recent products and services of @Bell I see why your stock price has been a dog for half a decade. Down -47% in 5 years (during the greatest bull market ever mind you) & management doesn’t take the hint. Your company invented the telephone. Do better.
