Rush home work which is an hour away both ways to get a new modem. Another hour on the phone tonight still no wifi. My daughter has an exam online tomorrow. You don’t care.

We have a booster that picks it up. I think it's the massive aluminium fish boat across from us that is affecting service.

Have talked with bell specialists twice now and they’ve both given me resolution times that never come to fruition. Please let us know what is going on and give us an actual set-in-stone ETA. This is unacceptable.
