    So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

    @Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

    @Bell_Support I've been all morning trying to get someone to fix an issue with the extra 50GB of data for taking my home services to a new place. I have been transferred to multiple departments and on the last call the agent just hung up No one seems to know what to do. @Bell

    i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

    @DPocroianu @BellMobility @Bell 4/4 I never went back. They mailed me my cheque. That was back in 1971. Woolworths never back me up. He remained there until the store closed years later.     @Bell_Support very disappointed with assistance I requested today. The person I talked to was not knowledgeable about activating a SIM card and then asked me to do a couple of things and he would call me back. He never called. Not a good look.

    @Bell_Support Recently, my Bell Internet has been steadily declining in performance. I already pay $100/mo for a meager 5MB speed and a cap with a bad router that Bell refused to replace even though it had issues since the start. I WFH and do online gaming. I need this fixed.
