    In 9 years my rural internet has improvedโ€ฆfrom 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

    @GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. Itโ€™s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. ๐Ÿคฌ

    @747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but theyโ€™re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

    @Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?

    We were to have a @Bell tech come to our house today to hook up our wifi. Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

    Hey @Bell_Support your Phone Based AI tech support keeps bumping me before routing me to an agent. Error 1102, and self repair isn't helping. I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.
