    @StephenPunwasi @Bell internet was going out for ~5 min up to 10x daily making WFH or watching TV impossible. Multiple calls 2 new modems 2 tech visits & 6 months to fix Finally 3rd tech fixed problem at site outside our house 6 months of unreliable internet/fibe for $300/ month. I hate @Bell

    @Bell @bell cut my wireless Internet off over the weekend claiming congestion in 5G tower and no fix in sight. I run a business from home. Shame on you Bell 😡

    @Bell From last 7 years continue complaint’s about the very low signal in our area. Amber Trail’s / Amber-gates close to Garden city in Winnipeg Lots of time we have to come out side to attend the call No one came to fix this problem is this is your service? Check your Records

    @Bell_Support @Bell How can advertise $144.95 for a new bundle, but your loyalty dept. cant extend the rate to an existing customer w/ the same package? I was told that I could cancel and then get the promo by signing up again! I was told to call back on Dec1 for new promos WTF

    Biggest culture shock returning to Canada after many years in the US: mobile plans are an absolute rip-off. Doesn’t helped that I went with @Bell, who has by far the worst customer service of ANY company I’ve had to deal with.

    @ThinkSayMakeDo @Bell It shuts itself off or reboots itself (really annoying when you're on a call), it hangs up calls, volume turns itself up & down, battery drains fairly quickly, it freezes frequently. I'll never buy Samsung again.
