    @Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

    @Bell_Support Account disconnected for no apparent reason, in a new city. Told to contact customer service but can’t coz no connection, then chat gives me a number and the number tells me they can’t do anything and go to the store? When store says they can’t do anything anyways

    This is the THIRD TIME the @Bell team putting in fibre in our neighborhood has cut the @Rogers line. The Foreman should be fired for the sh*tty work and Bell should be fined for bad business practices.

    @Bell disconnecting my service for ""fraudulent activity"" just because i was out of province is just ******* clownery at its finest. And ofc now I, someone who is in the middle of nowhere atm, have to go to a bell store with 3 pieces of ID to get it restored. Awesome service. 🙄

    @Bell_Support No need to worry if you can read my messg sent or not My isue has been escalated so after spending frm 10 am to 9pm with your offshore uselesspeople I sent off email wth name n Employee numbers to executive complaints just wantd people to know how BAD Bell is
