  @Bell absolutely disgusting customer service. My moms internet usage was over (1st time ever) and she had already paid $50 in overages. 10 days til next cycle & told to “shut off internet” until then. Thus isn’t mined in a hole or grown in a field. Just lost a HUGE loyal customer

  @RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

  @GrantG90545721 @Bell I have been on the phone since before 2; 14 agents including online agents. Still on with 14th agent - called a while ago for same refund, said would do, never did. Frustrating isn't it?

  @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell
